1. Cancellation Period: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled tour date to receive a full refund.
2. Refund Process: Refunds for cancellations made within the specified period will be processed immediately but the process may take within 7-10 business days from the cancellation date.
3. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled tour date may result in a partial refund or no refund at the discretion of the service provider.
4. No Shows: No refunds will be issued for customers who fail to show up for their scheduled tour without prior notice.
5. Exceptions: In case of unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions or other emergencies, the service provider reserves the right to cancel the tour with a full refund to the customer. (tours don’t get cancelled because of rain since this is the rain forest and the yearly rainfall is 200in)
6. Modification: Changes to the tour date or itinerary may be accommodated based on availability and mutual agreement between the customer and the service provider always at least 72 hours before the scheduled tour date.
7. Contact Information: Customers must provide accurate contact information at the time of booking to facilitate communication regarding any changes or cancellations.
8. Force Majeure: The service provider shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, accidents, or transportation disruptions.
